Copyright Notice
IntroGuesser, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of our materials is prohibited.
The music and audio content used in game packs may be subject to third-party copyrights. We respect the rights of copyright holders and respond to valid infringement claims.
DMCA Takedown Policy (US)
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on IntroGuesser infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, the notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL or description)
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material promptly upon receipt of a valid notice. We may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Submit counter-notices via the same DMCA form, indicating in your message that it is a counter-notice. We may forward counter-notices to the original complainant.
EU & International
For copyright claims from outside the US, please provide equivalent information to a DMCA notice (identification of work, infringing material, your authority to act, and contact details) via our DMCA form.
User-Generated Content
Users may post display names and chat messages. Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts when we become aware of infringement.
